Chateau Brandys nad Labem is one of the most important Renaissance monuments of Bohemia and a unique castle in the Czech lands, where over four centuries lived all sovereigns Habsburg - Lorraine dynasty.
Brandys nad Labem is a castle rebuilt into a chateau in Brandýs nad Labem - Stara Boleslav on the elevated terrace on the left bank of the Elbe river. Since 1958 it is protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic, in 2017 it was declared a national cultural monument of the Czech Republic.
