Chateau Zbiroh is located in the picturesque landscape of the Křivoklát Forest just 20 minutes from Prague. Given its easy access from Prague and Pilsen it is ideal for excursions, corporate and social events, business meetings, conferences and fairytale weddings.
Chateau Zbiroh, surrounded by an English park measuring sixty hectares, has a large number of salons and halls, a gothic chapel and wine cellars. There is the medieval tavern “U Rudolfovy kratochvíle” with its period atmosphere and interior and an original menu. The chateau’s salons and halls include the large neo-Renaissance Alfons Mucha Hall, with an original curtain by the world-famous painter, who spent eighteen years here and painted his famous Slav Epic.
Thanks to our ancient history, Chateau Zbiroh is the only castle in our country to offer the possibility of a medieval wedding.
New chateau hotel has luxury apartments with the stylish castle suites and offers to all guests top class service in a beautiful, classical and romantic setting.

There is no need to hurry up for the breakfast in the morning, our scrumptious brunch will by very pleasant last touch of your gourmet experience.

THE WEDDING CEREMONY in the 12 century gothic castle chapel offers both civil and religious ceremonies. These can be arranged on any day of the year, from 9 a.m to 9. p.m.

For visitors there is paid parking available in the area of castle.
Parking in the main tourist months is charged – 50 CZK/day. In June and September the parking fee does apply over weekends only.
