Before concluding a marriage, the couple will complete a form – Questionnaire for conclusion of marriage – and submit it to the Register Office in whose district of administration the marriage should be concluded. In case of a civil wedding, the couple makes the declaration on entering into marriage in front of the Mayor (Chief Magistrate) or an authorized member of the Municipal (City) Council of the Register Office, in the presence of the Registrar. The declaration on conclusion of marriage is made by the couple together, publically, and festively. The fiancés can conclude the marriage at the wedding place of the pertinent Register Office in whose district permanent residence of one of the fiancés is reported. Such Register Offices can allow entering into marriage outside the officcially appointed. Issuing the permit to enter into marriage outside the stipulated time or outside the officially appointed room 1,000 CZK.

Our chefs will propose a wedding menu aperitif, appetizer, soup, entrée, and dessert…), and we will prepare a gorgeous wedding board and hall decoration, as well as help with the seating organization. In cooperation with our own travel agency, Pentalog Tour, and with external subcontractors, we can arrange transportation in cars, microbuses, busses, luxury vehicles, or carriage with horses to where ever you might wish – to the hotel, to the wedding place, to city sight-seeing, or to your honeymoon. If you are interested, we can also arrange a sightseeing flight above Karlovy Vary.
